The Arbitration & Mediation Center of Arizona, located in rapidly developing North Scottsdale, offers the unique capability of a Mobile Mediation Unit to assist in dealing with urgent matters requiring immediate attention at locations without suitable facilities. The Southwest Mobile Arbitration & Mediation Response Team ("SMART") can be deployed in our 40' motorcoach that is configured to permit the conduct of a mediation and/or arbitration literally within hours of our receipt of a request by the parties. This is particularly useful in dealing with construction site disputes and other cases in which delays can cause damage to the parties.

Our "in-house" mediators and arbitrators, trained at the Arizona State University College of Law Mediation Clinic, Creighton University Law School, and the Pepperdine University School of Law Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, have specific expertise in construction law, commercial transactions, business disputes, homeowner association matters, real estate disputes, international commercial transactions, country club & resort law, and equine law. In addition, we have a number of legal and industry professionals on-call to conduct mediations and arbitrations in other areas.
